A brief history

Creating Waves was set up by Gael Pawson in 2008. With publishers outsourcing content, and companies looking to sharpen communications, the company grew out of a demand for excellent content and creative input.

A passion for teamwork combined with a desire to help others to realise their creative potential led Gael to develop Creating Flow. Yoga and creative workshops help with focus, morale, physical and mental well-being for teams and individuals.
